Our granola smoothies are high fibre, healthy, full of vitamins and will fill you up until your next meal. So versatile, works with lots of different fruits and then with the addition of a little granola increases the fibre content giving you a really healthy breakfast or snack. For dairy-free or vegan options use nut milks or coconut milk instead of dairy milk or yogurt.

 

Banana granola smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 350ml milk – you can also use almond
  • 250g  Greek yogurt
  • 60g Maria Lucia Bakes Cashew, Almond & Cinnamon granola

Method:

  • Blend in your blender and enjoy!

Mixed berries granola smoothie

  • 170g  frozen mixed berries
  • 250g yogurt
  • 1 apple – cored and chopped
  • 60g Maria Lucia Bakes Cranberry, Coconut and chia seed granola
  • 1 tsp chia seeds *optional
