Granola bars are all the rage nowadays. However many of them are loaded with added sugar and ingredients we can’t pronounce.
Making your own means knowing exactly what goes into them.
These are so easy to make and packed with goodness.
- 250g No Added Sugar granola
- 125g crunchy almond butter
- 70g honey
- 45g coconut oil
- 75g raisins (optional)
Instructions: Heat oil, honey and almond butter in a pan for 5-10 mins until melted. Line dish with baking paper. Mix all ingredients together. Transfer mix into dish. Press firmly to bind mixture. Place in freezer to set for min 2 hours.
