Chewy energy bites packed full of natural goodness to fuel your day! These are a wonderful little snack, full of nutrients and delicious with a cuppa instead of a biscuit.

Ingredients:

200g  dates
200g cashew nuts
200g raisins / cranberries
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon natural vanilla
4 tablespoons approx. Sesame seeds/desiccated coconut to decorate

These Energy Bites are gluten wheat and dairy free. Children love them and they’re also perfect to pack in your bag when travelling. I made these for the farmers markets and every week we sold out…people adored them.
